Exciting young charismatic pianist, Drew Petersen, returns to perform Edvard Grieg’s gorgeous piano concerto. Petersen performed with the THSO on short notice in May 2021 and wowed audiences with his impeccable charm and phenomenal musicality. The evening opens with Florence Price’s bluesy, toe-tapping Juba Dance and concludes with the beautiful and lush melodies of Sibelius’ Symphony No. 2.

Join us for a three-course meal prior to the concert! Supper at the Symphony is served at 5:30pm in the McKee Family Heritage Ballroom, right next door to Tilson Auditorium in Tirey Hall on the campus of Indiana State University.
